Dana Hunt

For years, Dana Hunt has been part of the fabric of Nashville songwriting, building a respected career behind the scenes and helping create songs that became part of country music history.

Her songwriting credits include George Strait hits such as “Check Yes or No” and “Write This Down,” establishing Dana as a writer with a gift for memorable melodies, honest storytelling, and songs that connect across generations.

Now, Dana is stepping into a new chapter.

With the release of “Under The Covers,” she makes her debut as a recording artist, bringing her own voice and perspective to the forefront for the first time. After years of writing songs for others, Dana is finally telling her stories from center stage.

The debut marks the beginning of a new era—one rooted in the same craftsmanship and authenticity that have defined her songwriting career, but now delivered in her own unmistakable voice.

Dana Hunt has spent years helping write the soundtrack of country music. Now, it’s her turn to sing it.

“Under The Covers” is released by Harmony Hill Entertainment / Close 2 The Coast Productions.
